He was predeceased by: his parents, Gay Hazelbaker and Dorsey Maddox; and his brothers, Tom Maddox and Jeff Maddox. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Maddox and Kimberly Pearson (Cody); his siblings, Carol King (Scott), Denise Calandrelli (Dave), Terri Maddox, Ronny Maddox and Tracy Hight (Doug); his grandchild Destiny McGuire of Aiden Pearson; and his significant other Vicki Smith.
