She was predeceased by : her parents, Glenna Flagg (Towner) and Arthur S. Flagg; her grandfather Towner of Towner's Pond; and her grandson Brian Phillips Young. She is survived by : her husband Clark; her children, Jane P. Libbey (Byard), Susan Phillips-Young (Michael) and Stephen Clark Phillips; her grandchildren, Ginger Clark, Matthew Young, Christine Gray, Daniel Gray, Andrew Milano and Nick Milano; and her pet Redwey.

A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery (110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH 03303).

Flagg Acres in Melrose Mass. was founded through the generous donation Mim made to the Conservation Commission in honor of her parents.
