She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Robin Muterspaugh (Hyde); her stepmother Kathy Muterspaugh; and her grandparents, Robert, Nancy Hyde and Melvin Denny.
She is survived by: her sons, Javon Bo and Jaden Dewayne King; her sisters, Christi Doll (Justin), Tamara Muterspaugh (Cody McPhearson) and Nikole Leonard; her aunts and uncles, Carla Lysher, Gayle, William Hyde (Gloria), Holly Conover, Chris Denny (Debbie) and Bill Muterspaugh; her grandparents, Nancy Denny and Carl Muterspaugh (Peggy Mae); her nephews, Lance Garmon and Juztin Doll; and also Jeremy Wallace.
Memorial contributions may be given to Riley Children's Hospital in her memory.
