He is survived by : his wife Brenda Wilson; his children, Brooke Hurt (Alex), Luke Wilson and Lindsey Wilson; his aunts, Ruth Stutes and Marilyn Altenbach; his siblings, Lee Wilson (Tammy), Brian Wilson (Shannon) and Peggy Teipen; his brother-in-law Doyle Brickey; his nieces and nephews, Kyrsten Wilson, Autumn, Alex Brickey, Ashley Teipen, Eli, Alexis and David Wilson; and his extended family Nick. He is also survived by family and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the United Wesleyan Church (2233 S Central Way, Anderson, IN 46011). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
