He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Hartzell and Alta Hartzell (Moore); his son Terrence Hartzell; and his brother Dennis Hartzell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Hartzell (Cox); his children, Theresa Hartzell and Bradley Hartzell; his grandchildren, Sophie, Ella, Jamie, Bambi and Christina; and his brothers, Larry Hartzell (Raydean), Charles Hartzell (Connie) and Jessie Hartzell, Jr.. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
