He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pascal J. "Pat" and Elizabeth "Betty" Eflin (Smith); his wife Beulah "Boots" Eflin (Van Ostran); his daughters, Jennifer Isenbarger (Phil) of Zionsville and Julie Witte (Dewey) of Carmel; and his grandchildren, Matt, Jack, Katie Isenbarger, John Thomas "JT" and Katelyn Boyle.

The family requests memorial contributions be given to First Presbyterian Church, Anderson.
