He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Cunningham and Phyllis Cunningham (Dwigins); his siblings, Patricia Stanley and Thomas Cunningham; his grandmothers, Doris, Martha Dwigins and Ruth Cunningham; and his sister-in-law Triena Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Autumn Cunningham (Ryder); his siblings, Tim Cunningham (Debbie), Terry Cunningham (Kristie) and Toni Whitaker; and his brothers-in-law, Daniel Joe Stanley and Jon Ryder (Amber). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
