With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ramonia M. Chapin of Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on August 12, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, Glenn Chapin and Jane Johnson; her parents, James Alexander and Minnie Webb (Skinner); and her close friend Dorothy Meyer.
She is survived by: her sons, George Chapin (Teresa) and Rodger Chapin (Diane); her daughter-in-law Dianne Chapin; and her grandchildren, Bruce Chapin (Sonya), Wayne Chapin (Jackie), Courtney Chapin, Kelsey Bendel (Daniel), Jillian Chapin, Sara Chapin, Jessie Chapin, Anna King, Anetta Cooper (Dustin) and Laura Hammons (Chris). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
