He was predeceased by: his parents, V. Frank Kelly and Sarah Kelly (Penisten). He is survived by: his wife Lois Kelly (Lester); his children, Teresa Joyce (Dan) of Pendleton, Tina Kelly of Anderson and Richard Kelly (Jane) of Plainfield, Illinois; his sister Grace Bollenbacher of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Keri Davis (Matt), Michael Joyce (Danielle) and Richard Kelly; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Lincoln, Rebeckah and Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
