He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wisner and Mary Wisner (Coy); his wife Anna Virginia Wisner (Norris); his sons, Daniel Wisner and Michael Wisner; his grandson Christopher Wisner; and his brother Ronald Wisner.
He is survived by: his son James L. Wisner; his grandchildren, Sarah Wisner (Grady) and James E. Wisner (Carly); and his friend Anita Widener. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
