He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Beal (Myers) and Otis Beal, Sr.; his wife Anna Marie Beal (Rigdon); and his siblings, Otis E. Beal, Jr. and Doris Boaz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denice K. Beal of Anderson and Tonia Beal Carriger (Jim) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Kevan Scott Carriger and Kaitlin Nicole Carriger; and his girlfriend Sue Evans. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service (229 S Rangeline Rd, Anderson, IN 46012). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Madison County Humane Society.
