He is survived by: his children, Tiffany McNeely (Brent), Joshua Hamel (Kandy) and Bobby Owens Jr.; his grandchildren, Kadyn, Keagan McNeely, Kailey Hamel, Kristi Truax, Jay Hamel and Elijah Owens; his sister Marilyn Ogburn; and his nephews, Dennis Ogburn (Rayanna), Kent Ogburn (Debbie), Kevin Ogburn, Ashley, Shea and Nathan.
