He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Horton; his children, Michael David Horton Sr., Amanda Kay Horton, Michelle Lynn Horton and Melinda Horton (Travis Spencer); his grandchildren, Austin Lee Brown, Trent Wayne Brown, Elijah Copeland, Taylor Farley, Michael David Horton Jr., Jazzlynn Spencer, Ariel Horton and Valerie Spencer; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Avery Brown, Braxton Copeland and Skylynn Farley; his siblings, Vicky Horton, Ronny Brady and Bonnie Brady; and his nephews, Brandon Brady Jr. (Samantha) and Brian Brady (Melody).
