Phillips; his great-nephews, Anthoy James and Justin Allen; his grandparents, Joe, Thelma Webb and Sarah Phipps Swallows (Tyler); and his close friends, David J. Shields and Dennis Summers.
He is survived by: his former wife Tina Swallows; his children, Christina (PJ), Carisma Welker and William Caleb Bair; his grandchildren, Emma, Natalie, Karson and Jaxon; his brother Elliott Swallows (Tina); his nieces and nephews, Elliott Swallows Jr., Randall Swallows, Nicole Frazier, Charlie Moreland and Mike Stuart; his brother Randy Swallows (Jamie); his nephew Johnathan Swallows; his nieces, Della Beck and Sarah Garman; his sister Teresa Bradberry; his niece Crystal Swallows; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zachary Swallows and Lacy Leisure; his nephews, Dustin Cooper, Jessi Cooper and Nathan Cooper; and his close friends, Larry Reagan (Judy) and Thomas Rayford. He is also survived by family; many cousins and countless friends.
