He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie C. Winningham and Ida Lee Winningham; and his brothers, Gary Dwight Winningham and Donny Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Joni Winningham; his children, Chastity Lynn Winningham (Sam Johnson) and Ronnie Heath Winningham (Heather Cook); his granddaughters, Camrie Wade, Chelby Wade (Tyrus Scott) and Caidyn Wade; his great grandchildren, Djeon Love, Zaveiah Love and Zyra Scott; his siblings, Dottie Shoemaker (David), Thelma Winningham and Jeffrey Winningham (Sophia); his brothers-in-law, Ricky Sullivan (Melissa) and Eddie Sullivan (Liz); and his close friends, Kenny Bradley (Cindy) and James Williams (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
