She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald P. Shine and Dorothy Shine (Paynter); her husband Kenneth Ballinger; and her daughter Andrea Ballinger. She is survived by: her son Phil H. Ballinger (Aimee); her grandsons, Andrew, Harrison and Gerald "Jerry" Ballinger; and her brother Jerry P. Shine (Penny).
A memorial gathering was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (1030 Hst Brown-Delaware St, Anderson, IN 46016). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
