He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Ritchey and Rachel Haggard; his sister Jennifer Haggard; and his father-in-law Kenneth Wise. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne (Wise); his children, Stephen G. Ritchey of Santa Cruz, Robert P. Ritchey (Rachel) of Lincoln and Monica Walukonis (Andrew) of Anderson, Indiana.; his brothers, Thomas Haggard (Kathy Luther) of Sarasota, Gregory Haggard (Barbra) of Starksboro and Kevin Haggard of Anderson, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Joshua Richardson of Poway and Saige Buck of Santa Cruz.
