With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Steven Ashley of Anderson, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Acker, Florence Caylor, Bob Caylor, Holly Stanley (Glover), John Abbott, Robert Wood and Jeri Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Karla; his children, Kaylee, Andrew and Sadie; his mother Ginger Caylor; his stepfather David Caylor; his father Cary Ashley; his stepmother Spring Ashley; his siblings, Brianna Ashley, Andrea Sandoval (Ben), Allison Ashley, Mark Ashley and Courtney Caylor (Darcie Marquadt); his grandparents, Bernadine Acker, Ray Ashley and Barbara Ashley; his aunts and uncles, Susan Beeghly, Dana Clapper (Mike), Susan Dowling, Autumn Halaschak, Deb Wepler (Bill), Ben Ashley (Joanna) and Jace Ashley; his cousins, Beth Southern (Anthony), Abby Halaschak, Tori Halaschak, Andy Halaschak (Arika), Nicky Halaschak, Jason Etchison, Joshua Etchison, Kyle Schang, Rachel Notestine, Kirsten Hoffer, Ryan Vaughan, Elizabeth Wepler, Katherine Wepler, Laura Beeghly, Ben Beeghly (Anna), Graham Beeghly, Mellie Niehaus and Chris Niehaus; his sister-in-law Melanie Tingle (Dane); and his siblings' children, Aubrey, Noah and Jameson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the South Meridian Church of God (2402 Meridian St, Anderson, IN 46016). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
