He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Foster and Sharon Foster (Garringer); his children, Victoria Stonebraker (Todd) and Zachary Foster; and his siblings, Ted Foster (Dawn), Christina Avery (James), Angela Bingaman (Gabe) and Laura Hepler (Jeremy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bozell Funeral Homes & Crematory, Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel (515 E 53rd St, Anderson, IN 46013). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
