He was predeceased by: his wife Sungcha Lee Owen; his parents, Loren Anderson Owen and Ida Eugenia Aycock Owen; and his brother Anthony Byrd Owen. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Loren Owen (Clara) of Rochester, MN, John Mark and Jeffrey Owen of Jupiter, FL.
