He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Eugene and Norma Jean Crum; and his siblings, Steve Crum and Kathy Sanford. He is survived by : his children, Timothy Crum (Tiffany Stewart), Leverett "Ray" Crum (Amanda "Mandi"), Jeremy Crum (Ashley Osborne), Sydney Paige Crum and Jason Stone (Lisa); his grandchildren, Draven, Arya, Skyler, Jaxon, Leverett II and Annalise; and his close friends, Jon Vice and Jon Plough. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
