With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vera Elizabeth Morgan of Anderson, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 24, 2024 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vera Elizabeth Morgan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Atlas D. Brogden and Edith Brogden; her significant other Clarence "Junior" Morgan; her sisters, Becky Moore, Martha Walker and Mary Claypool; and her sons, Phillip Morgan and Paul Morgan.
She is survived by: her daughter Carla Somerlott (Rod) of Fennville, Michigan; her daughter-in-law Teresa Morgan (Paul) of Anderson; and her sister Joanna Sweigart (Don) of Anderson. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Redeemer Baptist Church, Anderson Indiana.
