She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Gallagher and Dolores Gallagher; her granddaughter Zoey Smith; and her siblings, Claudia Carmichel and Eugene Gallagher.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Kyle Garrett; her sons, Christopher Williams (Tina) and Jarred Smith (Debra); her grandchildren, Brooklyn Smith, Lorraine Emley and Clifford Williams; her great grandchildren, Aubrey and Lincoln Emley; and her siblings, Kathy Helpstine, Larry Gallagher, David Gallagher, Paul Gallagher (Missy), Clarence Gallagher (Darlene), Mary Black and Debar Roland (William). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
