Though Vickie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Smith and Evelyn Smith (Hines). She is survived by: her husband Steve; her children, Jeff McCarty (Rachael), Robin Dilbeck and Dina Bane (Roger); her grandchildren, Richard McCarty, Tiffany Copeland (Patrick), Kristen Deach (Daniel), Dillon Bane (Alexis), Sydney Wilmington (Pete) and Victoria Bassett (Adam); and her brothers, Jack Smith (Donna) and Charlie Smith. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
