He was predeceased by : his parents, Matilde Díaz and Ramon Custodio; and his wife Raquel Custodio. He is survived by : his children, Merari Custodio, Maribel Cyman, Betsy Gerena (Misael), Maritza Custodio, Ruth Custodio (Alcides), Martinez and Raymond Custodio; and his brother Angel Custodio. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a sixth great-grandchild on the way, and one fur grandbaby.
