She was predeceased by: her husband Boyd T. Skaggs; and her grandson Ryan Boyd. She is survived by: her children, Reverend Harry Mark Skaggs (Lillian), Karen Closser (Darrell) and Rita Allard (Donald); her grandchildren, Rebecca Locke (Ray), Joseph Skaggs (Carrie), Jeffrey Skaggs (Mary Jo), Jeffery Closser (Candace), Brady Closser, Della Case (Christopher) and Robert Allard (Elizabeth); and her friend Gertie Clemons.

Memorial contributions may be to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation through the funeral home or to the charity of the donor's choice.
