She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Cooper and Mary Cooper; her husband Raymond L. Belcher; her daughter Judith Hite; and her brother Donald Cooper.

She is survived by: her daughter Sue A. Neff (Lonnie); her grandchildren, Douglas Lawson, Melissa Wolfe (Matt), Steven Neff (Megan) and Chad Neff (Linda); her great grandchildren, Megan Tuttle (Kenny), Benjamin Wolfe, Holden Lawson, Aaron Wolfe, Samantha, Kyle Neff, Dacian, Saber and Broden Handley; and her nieces, Patricia Schultz and Linda Brenner (Robert).

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene, 2324 Jackson St. Anderson, IN 46016.
