It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Wayne Burnau of Andrews, Indiana, born in Huntington, Indiana, who passed away on April 20, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jed Burnau and Barbara Spots (Simon); and his son Matthew Burnau. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Riggars (Herrick); his children, Jeffrey Burnau of Marion, IN, Renee Wood of North Webster, IN and Chantell Burnau of Huntington, IN; his stepson Aaron Riggars (Jessica) of Huntington, IN; and his sisters, Pamela Cline (Junior) of LaFontaine, IN and Darlene Burnau of LaFontaine, IN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
