She was predeceased by : her father Leo Sholl; and her pet Madi. She is survived by : her husband Tim Leonard; her daughter Tori (Alex Gajowski); her stepsons, Eric Leonard (Lisa) and Kyle Leonard; her grandchildren, Aria, Eli, Ezra and Harper Leonard; and her siblings, Sara Fogt of Defiance, Mark Sholl (Yolanda) of Toledo and Gery Sholl of Continental.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to Defiance CHP or Fort Wayne Heartland Hospice.
