He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis L. Rowe and Gladis King (Zinn); and his siblings, Wayne Butch Rowe, Mary Ann Magginis and Willis R. Rowe.
He is survived by: his children, Travis Eugene (Dawn Rowe) of Hamilton and Stacie (Michael McGuigan) of Wilmington, Ohio; his grandchildren, KayLynn McGuigan, Megan McGuigan and Shondra McGuigan; Evie Fifer and Onyx Fifer.
