She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Van Vlerah (Ed Bentley) and Cathy Leonard (Jim Leonard); her daughter-in-law Karen Van Vlerah; her grandchildren, Betsy Matthews, Abby Van Vlerah, Cole Bentley (Haleigh) and Carson Bentley; and her great grandchildren, John, Karen, James and Lucy Matthews.
