He was predeceased by : his parents, Rex Rowland and Barbara Rowland (Colby); his grandparents, Rodney Colby and Ruth Colby; his siblings, Marsha and Jeff; and his nephew Chad Rowland.

He is survived by : his daughter Libby Zeeb (Rowland) of Angola; his wife Sheryl "Sherry" Rowland of Angola; his grandsons, Jameson and Darcy Zeeb; his siblings, Laurie Rowland of Cedar Springs and Jim Rowland (Jodi) of Cedar Springs; and his nephews, Andrew Rowland of San Francisco and Robert Harwood, Jr. of Belding, Michigan..
