She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Paxton and Florence Paxton; her son Daniel Joe Koomler; her husband Don Koomler; and her siblings, Shirley Borton and Glen Paxton.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Koomler (Nancy) of Hudson, Indiana and Amy Green (Rod) of Portage, Michigan; her daughter-in-law Sharon Koomler (Jerry Grant) of East Chatham; and her sister Marilyn Hutchins of West Lafayette, Indiana. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, all that were her family and so many very special friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weicht Funeral Home (207 N West St, Angola, IN 46703). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Angola United Methodist Church (220 W Maumee St, Angola, IN 46703).
