He is survived by: his parents, Timothy M. Malott and Pamela A. Malott (Dominguez) of Angola, Indiana; his siblings, Perry Dominguez of Angola and LaTasha Dominguez; his brother-in-law Lance McClelland of Angola; his brother Jack Malott (Brenda Gutierrez) of Garrett, Indiana.; his nieces and nephews, Kyah Dominguez, Chloe Domnguez, Riley Dominguez, Alexis Miller, Jack Malott Jr., Jace McClelland, Hope Malott and Weston Malott; and his grandparents, Rosalie Baker of Fremont and Alfonso Dominguez of Fort Wayne, Indiana.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of Pamela Malott to help with expenses.
