He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kobak and Mary Kobak (Sokoskej); his wife Susan Kobak (Wisbar); and his sister Joan Malacki (Kobak). He is survived by: his daughter Kara Kobak of Washington, DC; and his pug Piper.
