He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dewey and Cora Marie Clark (Stewart); and his siblings, Donald R. Clark and Lorraine Ellen Clark Roy. He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Clark of Angola, Indiana; his children, Brian Clark (Deb Thurmond) of Ceresco and Angela Marie Bussard (Kevin) of Angola, Indiana; his grandchildren, Landen J. Bussard, Madilyn M. Bussard, Kendall Bussard and Carson Bussard; and his great grandchildren, Oaklyn, Berkley, Huckson and Malina.
