He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene L. Carroll and Bertha E. Carroll (Croft); and his siblings, Kathleen Gomori, Peter Scott Carroll and Erin Lea Follis.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Ann Carroll of Angola, Indiana; and his children, Jae'J "Renee" Sayles (Andrew) of Angola, Michael E. Carroll II (Lisa) of Fort Wayne, Veronica E. Dailey (Craig) of White Cloud, Samuel E. Carroll (Roxanne) of Angola and James A. Carroll of Metz, Indiana.. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Carroll Residence (601 Apple Hill Way, Angola, IN 46703).
