It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Miriam Lois Cook of Angola, Indiana, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Miriam Lois Cook to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Rev. Marvin F. Sielken and Verna M. Sielken (Papenfus); her significant other Jack Dale Cook; and her sister Ruthann Sielken. She is survived by : her daughters, Michelle Berndt (Daryl) of Angola and Jodie Burelison (Joe) of Angola; her grandchildren, Austin Young, Jeremy Young (Shelby), Megan Shoup (Owen), Brandon Burelison (Laura) and Dylan Burelison (Dakota); her great grandchildren, Jack Young, Liam, Jase, Evan Burelison, Delaney, Archer and Maddyn Burelison; and her sister Karen Weesner of Colorado Springs.

Memorial contributions may be made to Cameron Hospital Foundation or Peace Lutheran Church.
