It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy L. Moody Cross of Angola, Indiana, who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Nancy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Nancy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, D. Wayne Sutton and Madeline R. Sutton (Clark); her daughters, Barbara Jesse (Robert) of Princeton and Diane Darragh (Michael) of Saint Johns; and her siblings-in-law, Janyce Wilson and Bruce Moody. She was also cherished by two nieces, one nephew, and numerous cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Weicht Funeral Home (207 N West St, Angola, IN 46703). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
