He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy G. Knox and Gailanna J. Knox; and his in-laws, Donald C. and Laurene R. Kunkle. He is survived by: his children, Thane Hollis Knox (Kylie Weber), Tyson Alan Knox (Brittany Sistrunk), Trenton Neal Knox (Rebecca True) and Taryn Donnell Knox (Troy Kaiser); and his brother Noel Hollis Knox.
Memorials may be made in Neal's memory to Pleasant View Christian Church, Angola or the Steuben County 4-H Fair Board.
