He is survived by: his wife Louella Lee of Angola; his children, Philip Michael Lee of Elkhart, Charles Lee of Idaho, Felix Salazar of Michigan and Jody Parrish (Tori Tackett) of Hudson; his grandchildren, Desiree Salazar, Jeremy Salazar, Sonita Salazar, Felix Salazar, Cody Salazar, Briyuna Lopes, Samantha and Little Phil; his sister Cyndy Showalter of Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Nellie Rowe of Angola, Billy Cummings of Angola, John Cummings (Amanda) of Pleasant Lake and Jesse Cummings (Lori) of Angola, Indiana.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Beams Funeral Home (200 Toledo St, Fremont, IN 46737). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at the Fremont Cemetery.
