He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Collins; and his children, Terry Collins, Duane Collins, Keith Collins, Bobby Collins, Rodney Harshbarger and Betty Collins. He is also survived by sister; two brothers; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
