He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Unger of Cap's Mobile Home Park and Virginia Marie Johnson; his former wife Kim Johnson; and his son-in-law Donald Crago. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Johnson; his daughters, Kelly Crago and Holly Uetrecht (Scott); his stepchildren, Maxx Wade (Deanne) and Callie Richardson (Josh); and his grandsons, Corey Uetrecht (Keegan Arnold) and Eric Uetrecht.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Pine Valley (1320 E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
