He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen Saylor; and his brother Ted Saylor. He is survived by: his sister Sue Saylor; his children, Todd Saylor (Traci), Shane Saylor (Nicole) and Taryn Harris (Marty); the mother of his children Madeline Rice Saylor Smith; and his grandchildren, Courtnee Rowe (Casey), Kendra Scharite (Derek), Kara Richards (Bryson), Mandy Saylor, Reagan Saylor, Tommy Saylor, Austin Svihlik and Olyvia Harris. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
