She is survived by: her children, Brad Sullivan (Natasha Heidlage) of Florence, Amy Perkins (Jeff) of Angola and Tina Bond of Angola, Indiana; her grandchildren, Taylor Perkins, Aaron Perkins (Jayla Itt), Brayden Perkins, Cole Sullivan and Emily Engle (Dalton); and her great grandchildren, Levi and Soni.
