He is survived by: his children, Traci Clark (Ruben) of Granville and Travis Miller (Erin) of New Albany; his grandchildren, Sophia Patena, Macallister Miller, Hamilton Miller, Nathan Clark and Mariah Bevington (Cody); his wife Dixie Lee Crider; his brother Jim Miller (Karen) of New Smyrna Beach, FL; and his brother-in-law Rocky Crider of Phoenix, AZ.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
