Hicov of Ashley, Indiana, born in Garrett, Indiana, who passed away on November 8, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Cottrell (Rich) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Lucas, Max, Jackson, Allison Shaffer, Connor and Rebecca Cottrell; and her brothers, David E. Helmer (Cindy) of Avilla and Tony A. Helmer (Nancy) of Avilla.
