She is survived by: her father Jim Plake; her husband Joe of Atlanta; her children, Samuel Duvall of Tipton and Lilly Duvall of Tipton; and her siblings, Andrew Plake (Melissa) of Noblesville, Jason Plake of Carmel and Tracie Delph (Earl) of Noblesville.
