He was predeceased by: his father Lambert L. Riggs; and his brother Steve Riggs. He is survived by: his mother Judy A. Riggs (Maple) of Elwood; his brother Randy Riggs (Gina) of Evans, GA; his sister-in-law Betsy Riggs of Fairmount; and his nieces and nephews, Brandi Flittner (Cole), Jenni Smith (Charlie), Adam Riggs, Alex Riggs (Kaelyn) and Olivia Riggs.
