He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Edward and Mary Margaret O'Farrell (Lighthall). He is survived by: his wife Kay Ellen Ward of Michael's Catholic Church; his children, Scott O'Farrell (Kathy) of Attica, Beth Askren (Bob) of Attica and Melissa O'Farrell of Attica; his grandchildren, Grace Todd, Caleb, Carragan Stockdale (Kyle), Jacob Jernagan, Kayce Jernagan and Quinlan Jernagan; his great grandchildren, Reagan Askren and Ella Thomerson; and his brother John O'Farrell (Connie) of Beaverton, OR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at 22 Front St, Williamsport, IN 47993.
